Description
Wine with a deep cherry red color with brick-red tinges related to its aging. Intense, refined and full-bodied, this wine has a moderate alcohol content, with a marked personality. The nose is slightly herbaceous with notes of Parma violets and wisteria.
Food pairing: it goes well with meat-based dishes, in particular with roast meat, game and veal loin. Perfect with hard and mature cheeses.
