Description
The Sauvignon is scented and aromatic, with scents of tomato leaf, sage, mint and exotic fruits. It reminds of yellow bell pepper scents, and has a dry, warm and elegant taste. Its colour is straw yellow with greenish reflections, clear and bright.
Food pairing: a widely appreciated aperitif wine, it goes well with asparagus, egg-based dishes and it is ideal with fish-based meals.
