Description

Wine with a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent. The aromas are elegant with foral hints of rose and jasmine. The fruity notes are reminiscent of green apple, banana and pineapple. Even on the palate, elegance comes from excellent flavor, freshness and persistence.

Food pairing: it goes perfectly with delicate appetizers or with fish-based dishes.
